Prehistoric Pullover je komunitou vytvořený kosmetický předmět pro všechny třídy. Je to týmově zbarvená kapuce, která vypadá jako dinosaurus se třemi rohy na vrchu hlavy, zuby podél okraje a pohupujícími se očima na obou stranách kapuce. Pokud je tento předmět oblečen Medicem nebo Spyem, týmová barva kapuce je o něco tmavší.
Prehistoric Pullover byl přidán na Steam Workshop.
