The Saxxy is a melee socket weapon for all classes with limited availability. It is an Australium-plated statuette of Saxton Hale set into a small plinth.
The Saxxy was awarded to the winners of the First Annual Saxxy Awards in their respective categories.

Bugs
- For Demoman, the Saxxy shares the bottle taunt, meaning the Demoman will attempt to drink the Saxxy.
- As Pyro, taunting with the Saxxy uses the same taunt as the Pyro's default melee taunt. However, due to the size of the Saxxy, the Pyro does not actually strum the Saxxy.
Trivia
- The model of the Saxxy was added to the game's weapon files upon the initial announcement of the Saxxy Awards.
- Because the weapon replaces the default Melee Weapon of the class wielding it, it can be used to back stab as a Spy and upgrade buildings as an Engineer.
