TheGuy299, known at TF2 as SHIF7, is a 2fort reaper which reapes everyone with his Huo Long Raper. He also likes changing names a lot.

Even though he's Polish, he hardly ever translates pages into his language due to its high difficulty.

He also doesn't tolerate Polishmen trying, and failing, to take over the Internet.

I am always editing very much after an update was added/announced.
