The Summer Claim Check is a tool item, represented as a Mann Co. Shipping airport baggage claim ticket, with information stamped in red ink on the bottom portions.
This item can be used in the backpack, which grants the user a random Summer Cooler, in either black (#69), brown (#68), blue (#67), aqua (#66), green (#65), yellow (#64), orange (#63), or red (#62).
