Autralium is a "transformative new element" found only in Australia. It appears to be a glowing, gold-like metal. Mister Conagher, the Engineer's grandfather, used it to build two life-extending machines for the personal usage of Blutarch Mann and Redmond Mann.

It is rumored that the Golden Wrench is made of Australium as well.
