- Valve - Team Fortress 2, the Hatless Update page
...and all of the wiki users for their contribution to this grandious project.
Wiki Cap
The Wiki Cap is the dream hat for thousands of users on the official Team Fortress Wiki. Ours is probably the only wiki that rewards its users with such a coveted prize. As you may have guessed, statistics show that 99% of users edit this wiki's pages for the sole purpose of obtaining the Wiki Cap. Such a desirable, exclusive, and fashionable prize does not come easy, however...
Day 1
“ | ONE YEAR AGO...
...the Official Team Fortress Wiki was opened for everybody! What started as a small, yet ambitious, community-run project has since evolved into a huge, Valve-sponsored effort to be the biggest and best source of information on the Team Fortress series in existence. Since June 30, 2010, the steadfast editors, translators, and staff of the Wiki have bonded together to form a strong group of individuals dedicated to continuously updating and improving the information available on the Wiki. Really, can anyone remember a day without edits? Without chatter about the latest TF2 developments, translations of popular pages, discussions about new ideas, and the like? Nope. Each and every day, the community at the Official Team Fortress Wiki works to make itself bigger, better, and more robust for the benefit of the entire Team Fortress community.— Preface blurb

Trivia
- 88 users from the official Team Fortress Wiki say that spending hours of blood, sweat, and revisions is worth it in order to get the Wiki Cap.
- The description of the Firgrim states "Rand Co. guarantees this hat will cause your enemy to quake like a hatless Irishman, or your money back." A following annotation says that no refunds are permitted.
- The description of the Fearless Joseph claims it to be the "Holy Grail", although an annotation found below says that is not the actual "Holy Grail".
- The description of the Convincing Cover claims "With the Convincing Cover (from Rand Co.), your enemies will never be able to find you using the SpyXposer 3000, the latest in anti-cover technology from Rand Co.!" This is followed by an annotation that says, "This hat's cover functionality has not been tested by Rand Co., who assumes no liability in the event of the hat not actually providing the user cover."
- Clicking the word "Nope" found amongst the Day 1 page will redirect you to the infamous Nope.avi video.
- RJackson's personal logo can be found above the "Wallpapers and Steam-Avatars" banner on the Day 4 page.
