[K1LL] 13:02, 6 October 2011 (PDT)
Edit
Which of my edits did you undo? I couldn't seem to figure it out. MaxMan1300 15:30, 6 October 2011 (PDT)
- Uhh, apparently none. My only edit related to yours is this one, and it's not an undo, but a link fix instead. – Epic Eric (T | C) 15:35, 6 October 2011 (PDT)

MatthewLevi 05:15, 6 November 2011 (PST)

User Boxes
Those User boxes, How do you put it on your user page? Because i have no idea.- RRaccoon99 20:13, 18 November 2011 (PST)
Quick question, how do you change your screen shot on your user box?- RRaccoon99 21:41, 1 December 2011 (PST)
- By using
{{Userbox}}
, you can create a custom userbox for use in your user page (just click the link to see documentation on how to use it). – Epic Eric (T | C) 08:02, 2 December 2011 (PST)

- Nah, it's okay. I beet you were too happy that you got that wikichieve that you forgot to sign that.
- Also, I forgot to sign there accidentally. It wasn't an evil plot to destroy you or something. :P – Epic Eric (T | C) 08:05, 25 November 2011 (PST)
Do me a favour, turn this image into a redirect
Could you make File:AW-bloody_hurtland_killicon.png a redirect, and redirect it to File:Aw-Killicon_bloody_hurtland.png? I just re-uploaded the original file using the proper naming scheme for Advanced Weaponiser kill-icons, and I don't know how to properly convert an image to a redirect (I think only admins can do it?). Thanks! 404: User Not Found (talk) 10:41, 25 November 2011 (PST)
- Crap. I screwed up the upload. I'm gonna fix it my way :P Watch and see. 404: User Not Found (talk) 10:44, 25 November 2011 (PST)
- Alrighty, I just uploaded the killicon to the proper name, so could you delete AW-bloody_hurtland_killicon.png please-and-thank-you? 404: User Not Found (talk) 10:47, 25 November 2011 (PST)
- I was about to move that file. Anyway, sure. – Epic Eric (T | C) 10:47, 25 November 2011 (PST)

That JoblessScout Undo-Undoer
He seems to have just created his account to create the Balloon Race thing. This is just my opinion, but I just took a glance at his contributions. (http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Special:Contributions/JoblessScout). Nice move on the protection though! Davo 13:27, 11 December 2011 (PST)
Stock weapon disambig pages
I know the Pyro's other flamethrowers are in the box, but since there were disambiguation pages for other classes (Wrench (disambiguation), Bat (disambiguation), Revolver (disambiguation), Sniper_Rifle_(disambiguation)/sniper rifle), I assumed it would be fine to streamline the flamethrower and rocket launcher. If not, the page for the rocket launcher still exists. Tabs 02:32, 12 December 2011 (PST)
- I made all of the other disambig pages just a few days ago, but I think they're fine because there are more of them, i.e. 5 revolvers, 8 "knives", 12 "pistols", etc. But as there are only 3 flamethrowers, maybe a disambiguation for them page isn't worth it yet. » Cooper Kid (blether) • (contreebs) 03:20, 12 December 2011 (PST)
- I'm not in favor of the disambigs, nor that "Sniper rifle" should redirect to that desambig (what if someone is searching for the stock Sniper Rifle and lose their time with a disambig? Also, it's just the name of the stock Sniper Rifle without capital letters). Anyway, my point is: Why make such redundant additions if they are already noted in the class nav boxes (eg.
{{Pyro Nav}}
) and can easily be accessed from there? Plus, the disambig pages would only make navigation through the Wiki more difficult. That's just my opinion, though. – Epic Eric (T | C) 05:26, 12 December 2011 (PST)- It's all about user-friendliness. Someone who's new to the game sees a funny brown sniper rifle and want to know what it is, so he comes to the wiki - but what to type in the box? He punches in "sniper rifle" and up pops the default one, as it should. But that little note at the top is what prevents him from trawling through the page until he finds the nav box at the bottom. Some things which are obvious to us aren't so to new users. Though I agree that "Sniper rifle" should go straight to the Sniper Rifle page, no matter how it's capitalised. » Cooper Kid (blether) • (contreebs) 05:40, 12 December 2011 (PST)
- There's no less than 4 different ways the user could instantly go any weapon page to any other weapon page on any given weapon's page. Some have more. This isn't needed. Balladofwindfishes 05:51, 12 December 2011 (PST)
- Hypothetical situation: What if a random player doesn't know it's, let's say, a Cow Mangler? What if the only thing he knows is that a Soldier was wielding it and killed someone with it? Well, the easiest way to discover it would be going to the "Weapons" article, which is already listed in the Index in the Main page, go to the "Soldier" section, and find it from there judging from the images, either the killicon or the weapon model. I don't know about you, but to me, this way is a lot more practical and straight-forward. The disambigs are separating items with a strange pattern (the "item type" shown by the item level), and that would only bring more confusion regarding items in the same slot that are not considered Rocket Launchers, like the Cow Mangler itself. – Epic Eric (T | C) 05:53, 12 December 2011 (PST)
- Good points, but I still think that there's no harm in keeping together weapons which fall into distinct categories. » Cooper Kid (blether) • (contreebs) 07:15, 12 December 2011 (PST)

Well, this discussion probably deserves more attention. I've created a section about it in the main discussion page so it can reach more people, and so I won't receive an email for any extra talks added. – Epic Eric (T | C) 07:10, 13 December 2011 (PST)
just a question
I am just wondering why you undid my trivia for the bazaar bargain. — The preceding unsigned comment was added by Pe0 gray (talk) • (contribs) 21:17, 20 December 2011 (UTC)
- It wasn't me who undid it, but it was undone because it did not follow the Trivia Styleguide, specially the part where it reads:
- Trivia should not state how a characteristic of an item relates to the characteristics of others. This includes, but is not limited to, listing other items that share a certain characteristic, listing items that do not share a certain characteristic, stating that an item is the first or only item to have a certain characteristic, etc. Often, this will be in the form of "This is the first 'X' to ...", "This is the only 'X' to…", or "This is one of 'N' 'X's to...".
