Tanks are bomb-carrying machines that arrive with the robots in Mann vs. Machine. They carry no offensive weapons, but they can take a lot of damage before they are destroyed. They have their own bomb, independent of the one carried by the other robots, so both the Tank and the bomb have to both be watched during the game.
The tank does not occur in every wave.
