The Pile of Summer Cooler Key Gifts is an action item that, when used, gives a random Summer Cooler 2013 Key to up to 23 other people on the same server as the user. The Pile of Summer Cooler Key Gifts can only be used once, and everyone on the server will be notified of your generosity.

If a server has a player limit greater than 24, a Summer Cooler 2013 Key will be given to the first 23 players that connected to the server. Similarly, if the server has a player limit less than 24, it will only give out one Summer Cooler 2013 Key to each player. The user of the tool will never receive a key from their own Pile of Summer Cooler Key Gifts.
