The Spellbook Page is an item made available in the 2013 Scream Fortress event. Along with a Costume or Costume Transmogrifier, one ore more spell pages may be given to players who find their Haunted Halloween Gift (chance of 0, 1, or 2 pages) in Helltower. It can be used to fill the Unfilled Spellbook. Filling the Unfilled Spellbook with 3 Spellbook Pages gives the player a Fancy Spellbook.
