The Haunted Halloween Gift is a random drop event that occurs during the 2010 Halloween Special Event in Mann Manor. It has the appearance of a large, green present that spawns on the map in a random location every 5 minutes after the last gift is taken. The player who finds the gift first receives a random drop of one of the Halloween Masks. The minimum number of players required on a server before a gift will spawn is still not confirmed. Likely numbers are 6 and 10.

Trivia
- The gift has been confirmed to spawn in the RED spawn room.
- The gift first appears translucent and cannot be retrieved. The gift will become solid and retrievable after a few seconds.
- The gift can spawn in an inaccessible hallway, near the first control point, preventing players from reaching it. If uncollected the present will remain in location until the map changes.
- Before the October 28, 2010 Patch, players could collect the Haunted Halloween Gift by walking over them in spectator mode.
- If the gift spawns seconds before the round ends and nobody collects it before the teams switch sides, the gift will remain in place during the change.
- A Halloween Gift will spawn almost precisely every 5 minutes.
