Description Tag

The Description Tag allows a player to give an item of their choice a customized description, with some exceptions. Doing so will destroy the Description Tag as it is a tool, and thus consumed after a single use. Like the Description Tag, if it's used on a stock weapon, it will create another copy of the weapon that will appear in the player's backpack.

Changed description looks like "Example Description", with " symbol.

Like the Name Tag, restoring an item to its previous state will not refund the Description Tag. The Description Tag is limited to 80 characters (including spaces).

Eligibility

Items that cannot be described include:

• Each of the Dueling Badge variants
• The 119th update badges
• Any item that is not a hat, weapon, or miscellaneous item
