Crafting it with six other Voodoo-Cursed Items yields a Pile of Curses.

The Voodoo-Cursed Robot Arm may be found in Haunted Halloween Gifts that spawn in Ghost Fort. During the Spectral Halloween Special, they would accompany random drops given through the Item drop system.
