Pickups are items that can be found scattered around maps.
The item's respawn time varies from item to item.

Supplies player with ammunition to fire their weapons. Comes in a variety of ammo types.

Grenades can't be acquired from ammo boxes.

Absorbs damage for the player. Comes in different types for different classes that absorbs a different amount of damage.

All classes spawn with armor, though more can be picked up in the field.

Contains a mixture of Ammo, Armor and Health. The amount in each backpack depends on the mapmaker.

Can be dropped by players, either manually or from death. Manual drops include ammo the dropper could not use. Dead drops include all ammo, aside from grenades.

Protects the user from environmental hazards for 30 seconds. Rare. Useful on Rock (Classic) and Rock 2 (Classic).

The biosuit is the HEV suit model from Half-Life.

Restores health to anyone that picks it up. Comes in a variety in QWTF, but only Medium exists in TFC. There also exists the Medic's Medkit, or Bioweapon, that restores a team-mate to 100% health should they be below 100%.

When picked up, it makes the user invulnerable for 30 seconds and the user will have a red glow around them. Extremely rare.

Quad Damage

When picked up, it amplifies a weapons damage by four. Very rare.

Ring of Shadows
|
When picked up, it makes only the player's eyes visible for 30 seconds.

Also has a TFC version, which allowed the player to remain partially cloaked for 30 seconds.
