Although Scott was born in Tokyo, this was during a family vacation, that his parents and his older brothers went on. He is the youngest of four boys and one girl. Zephyr learned early how to solve problems using the indirect approach. With three older brothers and one older sister on his side, fights tended to end before the runt of the litter could maneuver into punching distance, so Zephyr however trained himself to run. He ran everywhere, all the time, until he could beat his pack of mad dog siblings to the fray, which makes him a hard target for the SDPD to catch when pursuing on foot. However, Zephyr also drives a Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG Black Series.
