Costume Transmogrifier はツールアイテムです。これはそれぞれのクラスエンブレムが焼き印されたダンボール箱とスチールのパイプ管からできています。
任意のScream Fortress 2013の帽子及びその他の装飾品にこれを使用すると、それぞれのクラスエンブレムに対応した帽子及びその他の装飾品と交換しますが、全クラス用アイテムを得ることはできません。アイテムのレベルとクオリティは、元のHauntedアイテムにしたがってクラス別のHauntedアイテムに変換されます。
