Soldier	Black Box	Shotgun	Equalizer	Lumbricus Lid	Blackbox's downside is negligible when you're constantly firing and reloading, and who doesn't use the Equalizer?
Pyro	Degreaser	Shotgun	Backscratcher	Vintage Merryweather	Any pyro worth his salt uses the Degreaser, and the Backscratcher is supreme when there aren't medics around (koth maps)
Demoman	Chargin' Targe	Grenade Launcher	Ullapool Caber	Rimmed Raincatcher	It's not suicide if you don't die..also, the Claidheamh Mor is pretty damn good.
Heavy	Iron Curtain	Sandvich	G.R.U.	Modest Pile of Hat	Vanillagun is the most balanced, om nom nom, and running quickly while building medic's Uber is great. Rarely play
Engineer	Shotgun	Wrangler	Jag	Bill's Hat	6 shots are better than 3, and sentries don't die that often. Don't play, though
Medic	Blutsauger	Medigun	Amputator	Berliner's Bucket Helm	The blutsauger drops a hammer on the enemy when its aimed well, and the Amputator is a free upgrade
Sniper	Sniper Rifle	Jarate	Bushwacka	Towering Pillar of Hats	I'll use any set up with this guy; they all seem to have their merits
Spy	L'Etranger	Dead Ringer	Your Eternal Reward	Familiar Fez	I am a mediocre spy no matter the set up, so I don't have any one loadout for him
