Genuine

Does this come in Genuine quality if you bought the game before the 18th of August? --ScoutKast 01:12, 24 August 2011 (PDT)

The game isn't available for purchase yet so I'm going to say "no" on this one. -- Alex2539 - (talk | contribs) -- 01:16, 24 August 2011 (PDT)
Didn't gaben say something about Dota 2 being free? - MLGM 14:46, 23 April 2012 (PDT)
Well I assumed that it was going to be Genuine because that's how things roll now, so when it does come out as Genuine Quality I'll have the privellage of saying "I Told You So!" --ScoutKast 22:23, 25 August 2011 (PDT)
I didn't mean it wouldn't be genuine, I meant that the condition of buying the game before August 18th couldn't possibly be correct. -- Alex2539 - (talk | contribs) -- 00:56, 26 August 2011 (PDT)

Not dropped?

This hat does not drop? {{SUBST:User:Cranberry Jerk/Sig}} 16:03, 19 September 2011 (PDT)

I don't think the hat has been distributed yet. Balladofwindfishes 16:05, 19 September 2011 (PDT)

Been in gamefiles for a while

No mention of that fact? It's been in the files for I'd say more then 6-7 months Hawkshadow741 10:19, 16 January 2012 (PST)

The update history section mentions the date it was added. » Cooper Kid (blether) • (contreebs) 10:22, 16 January 2012 (PST)
To clarify: The hat is just very very rare seeing as competitive DOTA players aren't a large faction of TF2's player base. It can't be gotten through crafting, drop, trade or purchase; only participants in the DOTA 2 tournaments get it. However, I've been fortunate enough to see a related Sniper's Snipin' Glass in game, so it's not impossible you won't see one. Sly Cooper

Would linking Sly Cooper's Clockwerk be appropriate? It is similar. http://slycooper.wikia.com/wiki/Clockwerk - - MLGM 14:45, 23 April 2012 (PDT)

This helmet is based on Dota 2's Clockwerk. Any similarity with characters from other games, movies and/or other forms of media are coincidental and is thus against the trivia guidelines. -- Killicon train.png Hefaistus - talk 22:39, 23 April 2012 (PDT)

None exist.

This also applies to the other Dota 2 promo hats, none exist. This would make them be considered unused, correct? If not, we should at least state that they were never distributed. Cheezcracker (talk) 04:06, 4 February 2024 (UTC)
