Category title is inconsistent with Policy terminology

The subject content is consistent with policy, but the title is not consistent with literal wording.

Present policy states that "Unreleased content" as defined in the policy is not to be covered until released.

The topics in this category are generally described as "scrapped" content, never to be released, and are covered for historic notability and for reference where the scrapped content is encountered in some aspect of the game, such as unused content.

What to do? (if anything).
