Updated Images not Showing in the Updated Form

In my userpage i changed my userpage image by updating the image itself, but it still shows the older form, do i have to wait some days or something? TugaMiguelPT -BONK! 06:50, 27 December 2012 (PST)

Yes. Due to cache issues, it may take up to a few days for your image to properly be updated. This is noted here, on the notice.  –  Epic Eric (T | C) 06:53, 27 December 2012 (PST)

Help:Files?

So, years back, I started out here using this guide. Soon, I was corrected that "File:" was the current usage, rather than "Images:". The main content is basically unchanged since 2010.
