i want to know if there is a reason that no strange chicken kiev are being sold on the marketplace, like are they not sellable or is nobody selling them?

the reason I say this is because I like the hat, but 60 dollars is way too much for me to spend on a singular hat.

That being said, the strange version is a lot rarer.

Sadly no, it's not; it's now a Halloween Package and Halloween Transmute reward.

Halloween sales no longer occur. The articles for these items are outdated regarding that.
