Giftapults

Did they updated the Giftapults to no longer be able to wrap crates/cases? I'm mostly sure you could last year, and I have seen people receiving crates from giftapults before. My cases weren't able to be selected when using the Giftapult, not sure for crates since I don't have any, but it's most likely as well.
