One of my friends told me that when he equipped Grim Tweeter，some of characters' bodygroups were hidden，such as engineer‘s and soldier‘s default helmets，maybe its a bug？

If confirmed, yes.
I have confirmed the bug by myself，the following parts will be hidden when you equipped Grim Tweeter:
- Scout's default hat and headset
- Soldier's default helmet
- Engineer's default helmet
- Sniper's default hat
By the way,the new talk system does not seem to work properly.
