How notable is this map? I cant find anything on it from a quick google search bsides your [jack5wikia] own video.

This map has mainly been used in isolated community servers and isn't talked about since it doesn't have a unique map prefix. Most of the talking done about it is on Discord servers.

It's not really article worthy then, if it's just used in a few servers.

I figured that the increase in information that is documentable about it would make it notable.

Lots of documentable info =/= notable though.

Notability doesn't mean the amount of info on a map, it means how well-known is the map. If this map, like you said, is run on a few community servers it doesn't deserve an article. It's irrelevant how much trivia or info you add to the page.

Your call. I think this article deserves its place as there aren't that many custom map articles (a lot of them were removed for lacking information).

Currently the custom content guidelines are going to be rewritten so you'll have to wait and see.
