Merging this page with Decorated

I don't see any reason why making this page standalone with Decorated. It's so little info for, and, currently, the item rarity is only for the Decorated weapons (their Grade rarity). No Longer Relevant

Everything on this page is already explained on the Decorated item quality page. Best to just remove it, and maybe come back to it if ever need be. --Reya (talk) 13:16, 11 July 2015 (PDT)
