Cheaply Made Products.

Although the Mac Promotional Comic is not true, Mann. Co's products may still be unsafe as depicted. If ever the 'Bidwell's Big Plan' comic is canon, it may be so as Saxton Hale proudly admitted that his company's inventory consists of "cheaply made, unsafe products that catch on fire." Breaking off this page into several others

I think the Merchandise section should be removed from this page because it has its own page. Iamandrus 23:03, 27 January 2012 (PST)

  • The merchandise page and the merchandise section covers two very different topics. The section should stay.Enthers 15:11, 12 March 2012 (PDT)

Nees more citations

Alright, so all these products in the Merchandise sections are supposedly made by Mann Co., but where are the sources for these claims? I suggest more citations should be added to their respective products.Enthers 15:13, 12 March 2012 (PDT)

Reais

Steam is now priced in Brazilian Reais. As Mann Co Store too.

Is there anything to update the script of the item price?

Crosslinker's Coil

The Crosslinker's Coil has batteries that have the Mann Co. logo. Should the hat be added to the list? ErnieTheGreatest (talk) 18:44, 2 January 2014 (PST)

The batteries are from Mann Co. But not the hat itself... Hard to say there. Give it some discussion time first. Ashes (talk) 18:46, 2 January 2014 (PST)

Mann Co. Update Items

All of the items that are part of a set and was added in that update, are mann co items (including the sets themselves). Therefore, they should be added.Yair03 (talk) 21:41, 11 November 2017 (PST)

Why? A weakness of this table is absence of explicit criteria for inclusion of any items. My take on the implicit reasons for inclusion are:
  • The product is labeled "Mann Co."
  • Valve media states the item is a Mann Co. product.
However, I note several item in the present list that do not meet that criteria. I really don't think we want to expand the criteria, certainly the list looses any meaning it might have ever had if we include every item that ever appeared in the Mann Co. Catalog. I would rather see any unsupported items challenged and removed. I do see that some Mann Co. Update items are already in the list, only because (I am guessing) they appear in the Update's media. I am assuming that some of the non-Mann Co. products are in the present list only because they appeared in Mann Co. crates in WAR! Comic, but it is clear in that comic that the items came from TF Industries. Mikado282 (talk) 06:06, 13 November 2017 (PST)
