When you activate noclip in console and fly under the map, you can find a lobby far away beneath the map.
After about 10 seconds' moving you can arrive the room and find the winner podium of competitive mode right there, and it's possible for engy to make a building.
I don't know if this should be added to the page.

The competitive podium is -probably- available on all maps that support competitive, and maybe a few others too. I saw the same podium on ctf_turbine once I was noclipping.
