Conflict of interest

According to the notability guidelines, self-publishing should be avoided. It seems like the page has mostly been made and maintained by its author. Seems like a rule violation.

I'll be honest, it pretty much looks like a self-advertisement, if the map wasn't made by him the article would be fine (custom maps and all) but since User:Flower Shop Guy is the major contributor and he made the map it does seem like an advertisement.
