The unbox can be unusual, unique, or strange. How would we make strange appear on the 'Available Qualities' icon?

"Retired"
Why is the availability of this item specified as "Retired", when every other hat page from this update is "Uncrate #89 or Uncrate (Unusual)"?

- Not available anymore. Batter's Helmet, Soldier's Stash, Pyro's Beanie. These hats all got retired and made unavailble. I guess some remained in crates.
