Trivia: Security Room Reference
Since I accidentally submitted the edit without fully completing my comment, I'll finish it here:
A source would be nice for the trivia, but the reference is such an obvious one if you've seen anything from the first Five Nights At Freddy's game. With the design of the door (and the buttons inside the room), along with the sign saying to not let any farm animals in wearing fancy attire, confirmation shouldn't be necessary. It'd be useful, but I don't think it should be required.

- The wiki has had "obvious" trivia being proven false before. This is why proof is required. - BrazilianNut (talk) 02:50, 6 August 2023 (UTC)
- There's nothing about what is there that's speculatory. There are screenshots of the security room.
- It'd be pretty hard to get a direct confirmation from a developer since there are several people who worked on the map, but in a case like this where the evidence is pretty clear-cut without ::needing an external source, I think the trivia should stay.
- I do want to note that I used "obvious" in a looser definition than what the Trivia style guide suggests. If we're using that definition, then this would only be considered "obvious" to anyone who knows the first Five Nights at Freddy's game and those specific details. Not everyone has played FNAF, so not everyone will look at that and make the connection. It's obvious to me---might not be for someone else.
- I won't revert the edit for now, but I do want wiki staff to look at it for their input.
- Being "Obvious" is not proof. This is something that has changed in recent years, for example, Fire Fighter was "obviously" a reference to Ryu from Street Fighter but the developer confirmed it was not. The Ray of Sunshine medals were "obviously" a reference to Mario Sunshine's Stars, which it turned out they were not. For this reason, any new Trivia is required to have developer confirmation (also note that it doesn't matter which developer, as long as they're included on the page/Workshop submission). I've edited the Style Guide to reflect this now, as it doesn't make much sense that these kinds of interactions can't be screenshot for verification (especially e-mails and private chat sessions).
