Pronunciation

Should we include somewhere on the article about how to pronounce "Soldered"? I keep hearing people say it literally how it's spelled (or sometimes "Soldiered") SalaComMander (talk 17:25, 4 July 2013 (PDT)

And here we reach a bit of a problem - in British English the L is pronounced, whereas in American English it isn't. Hum. » Cooper Kid (blether) • (contreebs) 12:18, 6 July 2013 (PDT)
Well, since VALVe is an American company, I think it's safe to assume that it's pronounced without the "L" SalaComMander (talk) 12:39, 6 July 2013 (PDT)
But the makers were NeoDement (British) and Hideous (Swedish), making it most likely that it was originally pronounced the British English way. That doesn't make it the right way though - American or British English, there's no right or wrong. Don't get me started on how words should be pronounced, or I'll have to teach everyone how Loch-n-Load isn't pronounced Lock-n-Load :P » Cooper Kid (blether) • (contreebs) 10:09, 14 July 2013 (PDT)
Spoke to Neo, he says with L. I concur, Sod-er just sounds wrong. – Smashman (talk) 10:21, 14 July 2013 (PDT)
