For use on class pages. When provided with a number, will calculate the overheal and display it nicely.
Example
For a theoretical class that had 500 health:
500 {{Overheal tool|500}} produces: 500 /
750
For usage on classic pages:
500 {{Overheal tool|500|mode=classic}} produces: 500 /750
