Pyromania achievement

Full Spectrum Warrior achievement require more languages as only English is available at the moment.

The hard working people on the Steam Translation Server will need to translate them first before achievement names are supposed to be translated here.

That's how Valve has done almost every time. Very rarely do they provide strings on the STS (and equally rarely have I seen the translations been finished in time if they get provided) before an update, as to not risk early leaks and the likes. So yes, that's what I'm saying.
