Why does this list not have koth_lakeside_event on it?

Koth_lakeside_event was added about three months ago but is still missing from the map list. I can think of no reason aside from the laziness, forgetfulness, and absent-mindedness of the members of this wiki for its absence. There, added it. In the future, it may be easier to put it up yourself. Killicon bushwacka.pngCobalt 17:01, 7 January 2013 (PST)

Columns no longer sortable?

How come the columns on this table are no longer sortable? Did something break in the scripts? Or has it been disabled for a reason? --Mr. Marlon (talk) 03:17, 26 June 2013 (PDT)

Hm, a good question. That code says it is sortable, so I presume someone broke the sort code. Will look into it. – Smashman (talk) 04:24, 26 June 2013 (PDT)
It's broken again now, but only for the Date Added column. --Mr. Marlon (talk) 10:56, 26 September 2018 (UTC)

Use of SteamID Template

In my addition of the Jungle Inferno maps, I copied the Developers list from the developer lists in the map articles. However, I see that Template:Steamid has been generally used in the Template:List of maps. I am willing to try to convert the map developer links to Template:Steamid (unless it is suggested that that it is not important).

Should Template:Steamid have been used on the Developer lists on all of the new map articles? Mikado282 (talk) 07:09, 22 October 2017 (PDT)

Default sort?

As I go to add the maps from the Jungle Inferno update, I can't see what the default sort is for the list. By Title? Sort of, but not consistent. By release? Not consistent. By mode? Not consistent. Presently, I have left the new entries at the top for review.

What should the default sort be for this list? My suggestions is to default sort by by Title. I did default sort Patch then Title on Template:List of Halloween maps, but in that case I was trying to emphasize the history and new elements of each release. Seems to be sorted into groups for each game mode, and within each game mode, maps are sorted alphabetically by name. The three maps at the very bottom of the list were probably added recently and nobody bothered to put them in the right place. You can put them into their respective positions now, or I can if you're busy. ⇒Leaderboard class spy.png Anyar (talk/contributions/giveaway) 07:25, 22 October 2017 (PDT)
I think you are right. I had thought that that was how it was sorted, from memory, but when looking at it today, the fact that the modes themselves, while grouped, are not obviously alphabetically sorted threw me off. We can go that way (and add the intended sorting to the /doc), but I would like to leave the sorting as is until there is some feedback on Template:Steamid (much easier to review and edit them where they are now). (I am leaving for a couple hours now.) Mikado282 (talk) 07:36, 22 October 2017 (PDT)
I think the one thing I will do this weekend is deal with the missing Steam ID's (unless someone says don't bother, Mikado); then I will sort the new maps in. But for now I am leaving on another business trip.
I missed the existing sort because I went straight to the Template with the new maps. The List of map types is generally something I bleep over when I visit this page, but yes, It clearly sorts by release of the game mode (discounting the submodes of CP). I liked the new maps sitting at the top for the update. Comments? Mikado282 (talk) 17:40, 14 November 2017 (PST)

Date Added column no longer sortable

It's also broken for all older revisions of this template, so it must be a problem in the Javascript. Who can fix this? --Mr. Marlon (talk) 08:53, 17 May 2018 (UTC)
