I think you may have stumbled on to something clever on the listed radio channels. However, I think this post will likely get bounced off the ionosphere by another editor. As it is written presently it is speculation. What I suggest is that you attempt to find a correlation between the developers of Moss Rock with the developers of Suijin, Asteroid, Snowycoast, and Trainsawlaser. Even with discovery of such correlation, it may be necessary to obtain a statement from at least one of the developers that these maps are indeed referenced.
