Presently, the page covers three distinct gameplay mechanics that trivially share only the broad term ghosts, and that basis is no reason to cover them all on one page (other than a disambiguation page).
1. Wandering ghosts (Zephaniah, et al) are map hazards and are never under player control (non-scaring ones outside any play area really don't need any mention). These should remain covered by Ghost, exclusively.
2. Bumper Car Player Ghosts trivially share the Wandering ghosts model, but nothing else with the Wandering ghosts. They have specific mechanics that are positive to play; they can be operated by players to respawn and thereby assist other players with Scoring, Achievements, and Contracts. These should only be covered by Carnival_of_Carnage#Bumper_Cars until, possibly, enough new maps include the mechanic to warrant a Bumper Car page.
3. Haunted Arena Dispenser Ghosts trivially share the player motion controls of Bumper Car Player ghosts, but have completely unrelated, but crucial, positive play mechanics. These should only be covered by Graveyard until, possibly, enough new Haunted Arena maps include the mechanic to warrant a Dispenser ghosts page.
A See also heading would then be appropriate for Ghost:
