Is there a reason why the description on how to obtain this achievement doesn't include the fact that you have to not only use all the options in the editor, but spend a few minutes in it as well to get the achievement?

Probably because it already mentioned "Spend some time" in the achievement description and it says to experiment with every tool. Both of these already imply you have to spend some time using it.

Oh sorry! This flew over my head completely, so thank you! I also have one more question. Do you think that it would be fine to make a "trivia" section for the replay achievements, and have one of them talk about the "Time For Your Close-Up, Mr. Hale" achievement, and how that references Saxton Hale? (Just so newer players know what this achievement means?) In the Halloween achievements page, one of the trivia comments are just like this comment so that's why i'm asking.
