Who deleted the wall bug?

This is a real bug and deleting it is essentially removing the facts of a map and in term removing any information on how to counter play someone using it.

You have to provide video proof of a bug's existence for it to be added to a page, otherwise every page about a map or weapon would be littered with unconfirmed bugs of which 90% likely don't exist.

Seems good enough for proof to me, at least. A timestamp that jumps to coverage any bugs in question would help for any future bug proof videos, but this (to me) seems good enough for the bug to be re-added to the page. (if it isn't, it'll get reverted again)

I actually first learned of it when a heavy in casual used it and spawncamped my team

The merits (and frustrations) of a nearly 20-year-old game and its nearly 20-year-old maps. (side note, I'd recommend using more proper grammar when adding content to articles, as it both helps with readability and is a general requirement across virtually every wiki)

Fair enough, I will try my best. Also there is miss information on the exploits page such as “engineers can let spy’s into their spawn by building a teleporter from underneath the spawn exit (the one near sewers) from underneath”

This topic is slowly deviating from the purpose of this talk page (to discuss the Dustbowl map), and I would suggest moving to your own personal talk page. Regardless, as for the exploit mention, I do believe that is an actual thing you can do in-game on various maps that allow building in or on the very edge of what the map defines as the resupply/locker room area (where building is disabled), combined with the obvious fact that enemy Spies can take an opposing Engineer's teleporter when disguised. As for 2Fort specifically, I'm unsure if this is true or not, but you can attempt to replicate it in-game with a friend/bot to see if it is true or not.
