The Head Warmer, another cosmetic from the same update that received its Unusual variant on the 21/12/2011 patch in an undocumented change has that change listed in the Update History, while this cosmetic does not. Should it be added or was this change inconsistent across multiple cosmetics?

If it received the Unusual version in that patch then yeah it should be listed.
