If a template uses translation switching, just go to

https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Template:Template name

and edit the page to add the missing translation(s).

If the template uses a common string, then edit the string in the common strings dictionary.

Also, please remember to keep translations in alphabetical order, the only exception being en, which always goes first (en, ar, cs, da, de...).
