Hi there,
Please refrain from creating empty language subpages for the sole purpose of creating the page. This will leave users to believe that the page exists, and thus may not realize it needs to be translated. It would also confuse readers as to why the page appears empty.
If you haven't already, then please read our guidelines in regard to language translation. If you need help with anything or have any questions, feel free to join our IRC channel.
The pages will be deleted for the time being, but feel free to translate them in the future.
