This is just my opinion, but I think you should give the Fan o War it’s “crits whenever it would normally mini-crit stat back”, as I think it pairs well with the damage buff, making it less string cheese weak.

It's not really supposed to be used to deal damage, but as a supporting tool. With 2 debuffs at once and small damage buff I'd like to leave it like that.
