If you want to mark an article as outdated and in need of an update, add {{update}}, preferably as the first thing in the page. If you put a | after "update", you can then add notes and instructions to other contributors about what needs to be updated (example: {{update|Sets no longer provide gameplay-affecting bonuses.}}).
If it's a translation (example: List of maps/es), you can instead use {{update trans}}, with the same ability to add notes and instructions.
