- Este item foi mostrado no primeiro dia do Classless Update, mas não foi mencionado por nome até a atualização ser lançada.
- Antes do Classless Update foi lançado, um erro gráfico fazia com que Scout ficasse as vezes, sem o chapéu e sem o seu headset.
- Antes do Mann-Conomy Update, Baseball Bill's Sports Shine não era exibido na janela de "Inspecionar" após circular pelos items equipados pelo jogador usando a tecla de "Inspecionar" mesmo que seja um chapéu.
