死不瞑目的间谍鬼魂（Ghost of Spies Checked Past）是一件由社区玩家制作的全兵种通用饰品。这是间谍的一只被切断的手臂鬼魂，它会紧跟着漂浮在角色的后方，并做出背刺的动作。
玩家可在任何时候将该物品装备到装备栏中，并在配置界面中进行预览；但装备后该物品只在万圣节或满月之夜期间才会生效，在其它时候，除非服务器启用了万圣节模式，否则物品将不会在实际游戏中显示。
死不瞑目的间谍鬼魂是被贡献到Steam创意工坊的。
