Head Doctor（Head Doctor）是一个社区制作的医生可用的特殊嘲讽。
激活时，医生拿出一个罐子，罐子上标有“SPECIMEN 09（样本09）”以及一个手写的标签条“DO NOT KILL!（不要杀死！）”。罐子中灌满了液体以及一个还活着的敌对间谍的头；医生暴力的摇了摇罐子，使间谍感到难受并辱骂医生，然后医生将罐子收了起来。
