The Dalokohs Bar (pronounced ʻDah-lock-ussʻ) is a community-made secondary weapon for the Heavy. It is a large partially opened segmented chocolate bar, with the Team Fortress logo imprinted on each chunk.

When consumed, the bar will heal 60 HP, which is 20% of the Heavy's maximum health. In addition, his maximum health is increased temporarily by 50 for the next 30 seconds, like a semi-permanent overheal. This, however, will not stack with healing from a Medigun or Dispenser. Like the Sandvich, the Heavy will be immobile when consuming the bar, it does not extinguish fire, nor can it be eaten underwater. Furthermore, it cannot be dropped to heal teammates.

The Dalokohs Bar can be consumed by pressing either the primary fire or taunt key (default keys: Mouse1 and G, respectively). When eaten by the Heavy, it temporarily increases the user's maximum health by 50 for 30 seconds, and gradually replenishes an amount equal to 100 health over a period of four seconds. To be more specific, each quarter of the four second duration, it adds 25 maximum health to the user, then heals the user 25 health, but does not add the +25 maximum health if the user is already at 350 maximum health or more. While the Heavy is eating, he makes , and the player is forced into third-person view. As eating the Dalokohs Bar is considered a taunt, it cannot be consumed in instances where taunts cannot be used, such as when the player is underwater. Use of the Dalokohs Bar when Crit-boosted has no additional benefits.

Players can use the alt-fire key to drop the Dalokohs Bar onto the floor. A dropped Dalokohs Bar appears on a rotating plate and acts as a small Health kit that can be picked up by both allies and enemies. The Heavy cannot use his own dropped Dalokohs Bar to heal himself; picking up a dropped Dalokohs Bar simply resets the cooldown timer. A dropped Dalokohs Bar from another Heavy, whether friend or foe, can only be used to restore health and does not reset the cooldown timer. It is not possible to have two Dalokohs Bars dropped on the floor at the same time; the oldest one simply disappears as soon as the second one is launched.

* Due to the 10 fixing an exploit with the Gloves of Running Urgently, the Dalokohs Bar does not overheal the Heavy if he is at full health.

*The lines that can be said after consuming a Dalokohs Bar are identical to those after consuming a Sandvich, not to mention the particles of food emitting from the Heavy's mouth are the same particle effects.

Trivia
*This model was originally made for a community skin that made the Heavy resemble Coach, a survivor from Left 4 Dead 2.
+
* "Dalokohs" spelled backwards is "shokolad", the Russian word for chocolate (шоколад šokolad). However, Dalokohs is the backward-spelling of the English transliteration for the Russian Cyrillic word; the backward-spelling of Russian Cyrillic Шоколад Šokolad is Далокош Dalokoš, which would be pronounced "Dah-lock-osh".
*The Dalokohs Bar was accidentally added to the drop system a day earlier as "Unknown Item 159." At that time, the item could be acquired through the random drop system, but not found in the backpack without the help of an external item manager. Approximately 1200 players found the item, but it did not drop into the backpack until the item was permanently and officially implemented on March 18. When moved into the backpack before this, the item took the placeholder icon of the Bottle.

*The original skin had no team coloring and a normal map. For the RED texture, the hue of the item was changed to save time.

*The item was partially inspired by Nestlé's Yorkie chocolate bar, and is considered by the creators, as it's real life equivalent.

*With the addition of the Mann-conomy update, seven classes are now capable of healing themselves. The Scout (with Mad Milk), the Soldier (through successful hits with the Black Box), the Pyro (by killing an enemy with the Powerjack), the Heavy (with his edible devices), the Demoman (decapitating while having at least 4 heads) , the Engineer (with his Dispenser) , and the Medic (passive healing, successful hits with the Blutsauger, or the Oktoberfest taunt).

*Even though the cooldown timer after eating was removed by the September 30, 2010 Patch, it is still visible, because the Dalokohs Bar is based on the Sandvich, yet the Dalokohs Bar cannot be thrown.

That was delicious!
The Heavy on quality chocolates

The Dalokohs Bar, pronounced ʻDah-lock-ussʻ (CA, US), or ʻDah-lock-ossʻ (AU, IN, NZ, UK etc.), is a community-created secondary weapon for the Heavy. It is a large, partially unwrapped, segmented chocolate bar with the Team Fortress logo imprinted on each piece. The white-and-team-colored wrapper proclaims "Dalokohs, it's delicious!", but it is cut off by the slightly unwrapped wrapper exposing the chocolate.

While the Heavy is eating, he makes loud eating sounds, and the player is forced into third-person view. As eating the Dalokohs Bar is considered a taunt, it cannot be consumed in instances where taunts cannot be used, such as when the player is underwater. Use of the Dalokohs Bar when Crit-boosted has no additional benefits.

Players can use the alt-fire key (default key: Mouse2) to drop the Dalokohs Bar onto the floor.

The recharge time for the Dalokohs Bar is approximately 10 seconds. The Heavy can instantly recharge the Dalokohs Bar by visiting a Resupply cabinet, picking up his own thrown Dalokohs Bar, or by collecting any health pickup while at full health. The recharge timer begins as soon as the Dalokohs Bar is consumed or dropped. Should the Heavy be killed while holding the Dalokohs Bar, the ammo pack that he drops upon death instead restores 50 health for all classes but the Scout, who is healed for 75 health. The Dalokohs Bar weapon itself can be collected by other Heavies via weapon switching.
