BlapBash is an annual variety stream charity event hosted by several TF2 YouTubers, to raise money for several charities, including Child's Play and SpecialEffect. It is hosted over a weekend in the summer, with two twelve-hour streams, featuring segments such as Mann vs. Machine games, jump courses, pub matches, MGE duels, showmatches, custom maps, SFM animations, and crate unboxings. Each event has also featured in-game medals, obtainable by donating certain amounts to the charity drive.
The name "Blapature" is a portmanteau of Black Mesa from Half-Life and Aperture Science from Portal.
