The Altruist's Adornment is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It is a team-colored ribbon, decorated with a team-colored present and a die.
This item is awarded in Genuine quality to players who meet certain criteria, listed below.
Contents
Criteria
- Members of the Random Acts of TF2 subreddit who have done a giveaway prior to the item's inclusion in the game received a medal.
- Members who participated in the subreddit's 2016 Birthday Event received a medal.
- Each month, two outstanding members of the subreddit can be chosen by the mods to receive a badge.
- One medal will be distributed on a monthly basis to members of the subreddit chosen by the community.
