This event has four medals which are able to be earned by players: two as rewards for participation in the tour, and two for donations to a charity drive benefiting Cure Alzheimer's Fund. Clearing any six missions earns the player the Tungsten Tank medal, and clearing any twelve missions earns the player the Bohrium Buster medal.

In addition, players are able to donate varying amounts through item or monetary donations to receive donor medals. Donating at least $5 USD earns the player the Pyrite Pint medal, and donating at least $25 USD earns the player both the Pyrite Pint and Platinum Pitcher medals.

Content creators whose missions were accepted for use in the event were awarded the Potato of Labor medal.

The Tungsten Tank player medal reuses the model for the Titanium Tank Participant Medal, from Operation Titanium Tank, the Bohrium Buster player medal reuses the model for the Mappers vs. Machines Participant Medal, and both the Pyrite Pint and Platinum Pitcher donor medals reuse models from Operation Canteen Crasher: the Silver Building Canteen and Platinum Crit Canteen models, respectively.

Three of the four medals initially drop with custom painted colors which are not otherwise available in-game: the Pyrite Pint drops with a faded yellow color, while both the Tungsten Tank and Bohrium Buster medals drop with a light gray color.
